Tragically, Archie Battersbee's life-support was removed yesterday at 10.00am yesterday at the Royal London Hospital. His mum, Hollie Dance, confirmed that he died at 12.15pm and that he fought until the end.

The parents of Archie Battersbee have filed another last-ditch application this time to the High Court over allowing them to move Archie to a hospice and for him to be allowed palliative oxygen when attempting breathe.

A remote and in-person hearing for family members and accredited journalists will take place at Court 42 at the High Court from 3.30pm before Mrs Justice Theis.

Just before 9am, the parents of Archie Battersbee have dramatically submitted an 11th hour application to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

This evening, the European Court of Humans Rights (ECHR) has rejected the urgent legal application from the parents of 12-year-old Archie Battersbee.
