Government’s ‘unilateral divorce’ proposals should be rejected

Parliament is set is debate the government’s new proposals on no-fault divorce, which, if made law, would mean one partner could unilaterally impose divorce upon the other for no reason.

Andrea Williams speaks to BBC Radio Wales saying the new proposals “encourage no-reason divorce” and undermine the very institution of marriage.
