Primary school governors transgender issues training

School governors are playing a vital role as they oversee aspects of strategic development such as budgets, staffing and policy creations in their schools. At a time when teaching on Gender Ideology is becoming increasingly prominent, it is important for governors to be equipped on the safeguarding and legal issues relating to the presence of gender dysphoric children in schools.

In this training session aimed at primary school governors, Steve Beegoo, Head of Education at Christian Concern, Roger Kiska, from the Christian Legal Centre and other experts will consider current guidance and the legal position on this issue. Delegates will consider how governors can implement best practice when creating and monitoring the implementation of policies on this complex issue.
