Becoming a school governor is a significant responsibility and yet a powerful opportunity to help shape the character, culture, and direction of a school.

Christians are urgently needed in these roles—bringing wisdom, compassion, and a clear vision to help steer schools away from unhelpful and ideological influences. It’s a way to serve with integrity, support staff and families, and be a practical witness to the love and truth of the gospel.

Steve Beegoo, Head of Education at Christian Concern, will be speaking at an online event organised by the Association of Christian Teachers (ACT) about the spiritual and practical opportunities of school governance.
