We’re seeking an organised team leader who will ensure that our supporters receive a first-class service whenever they contact us.
Our supporter relations team is responsible for handling telephone and email enquiries, processing and acknowledging donations, and ensuring that contact information is up to date and used effectively.
You’ll be responsible for leading the team to ensure that our supporter relations help to grow the Christian Concern movement and empower Christians to bring the hope of Jesus to the heart of society.
Providing clear direction and motivation, and mentoring individual team members, will be an important part of your role.
In addition, you’ll need to monitor progress towards agreed goals and service level agreements, manage the improvement of our processes and tools, and ensure that our communications with supporters align with our overall message and mission.
To succeed you’ll need to be an effective team leader, highly organised, process-minded, passionate about serving our supporters, and able to thrive in a fast-moving working environment. You’ll also need to be excited by our vision, mission and values.
Experience in customer relations or CRM database management would be a great advantage but is not essential.
The ideal person will enhance the professionalism, efficiency and impact of our supporter relations, and continue to develop the expertise of the team.
There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.
