We’re seeking an energetic, experienced and highly organised Office and Operations Manager to lead our core office team and deliver a first-class service at the heart of the organisation, as we seek to bring the good news about Jesus Christ to public life.

You will need to be:

  • warm, personable and professional in manner, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • highly organised with excellent time, project and change management skills
  • an effective leader, able to inspire, manage and develop a team to deliver an excellent service
  • dependable and driven, with a track record of getting projects over the line, and ensuring routine processes work like clockwork
  • someone who relishes variety of responsibility, improving things and taking on new challenges

You will also need to be passionate about our Christian vision and mission, and eager to represent us effectively.

There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Office and Operations Manager who is eager to develop professionally and to take our core office delivery to a new level.
