We’re seeking a personable, organised and servant-hearted Hospitality and Administration Assistant to deliver a welcoming and professional service to visitors and colleagues at our London office.
First impressions count, and for many visitors you will be the first member of our team that they meet. We want to know that they will receive a warm and professional welcome.
You’ll also be involved in providing a first-class working environment for our team.
Yours is an important role in facilitating the day-to-day ministry of Christian Concern and represents a vital contribution to our overall mission. We need someone who recognises that and is passionate about serving with excellence at all times.
To succeed, you’ll need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, and be open to feedback and eager to grow. You’ll also need to be passionate about our vision, mission and values.
You’ll need to be smartly dressed and well-presented.
Our working context is busy, and priorities and plans can change rapidly. You’ll need to be able to cope with that, remaining calm, helpful and professional at all times. You’ll also need to be highly organised, recognising that proper planning and good ‘behind the scenes’ processes help you to deliver effectively, even if circumstances change.
There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.
