Your work will support the senior management team in making effective financial decisions and ensuring good governance, to facilitate our growth and the pursuit of our Christian mission.

You’ll be responsible for producing budgets, providing timely and accurate management information, processing payroll and other employment-related payments, ensuring statutory compliance and supervising daily bookkeeping and banking.

Improving our internal policies and processes, and developing our financial planning will also be a part of your role.

To succeed you’ll need to be highly organised and reliable, possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude coupled with a strong desire to serve and help others.

You’ll also need to be passionate about our vision, mission and values.

There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and growth-orientated Finance Manager to use their skills to further our mission, to the glory of God.
