We’re seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager to provide efficient financial oversight of three legal entities, including Christian Concern and the Christian Legal Centre, and manage and develop effective financial strategy and systems.
You will be responsible for producing budgets, providing timely and accurate financial information, processing payroll and other employment-related payments, and supervising daily bookkeeping and banking.
Your role will include improving our internal financial processes and enabling our senior management team to make effective financial decisions. You will also play a key role in working with our senior management team to develop effective financial planning and strategy in support of our organisational mission.
You will need to demonstrate the highest standards of honesty and integrity, be highly attentive to detail and yet able to provide high-level insight and analysis, and be able to identify opportunities for improvement to our processes and ways of working, design solutions and implement change. You will also need to be passionate about our vision, mission and values.
There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.
We are not able to sponsor visas for this role so to apply you need to have an existing right to work in the UK.
We envisage this role being office-based.
