We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organised team leader to create an office environment that serves our mission and ministry, and reflects our values.
Our Office Operations and Support team is responsible for providing brilliant hospitality and service for visitors, and first-class support and facilities for our staff team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our welcome, office support systems and working environment help us to pursue our mission to bring the hope of Jesus to the heart of society.
Leading and developing the team by providing clear direction and motivation, and mentoring individual team members, will be an important element of the role.
You’ll need to manage the improvement of our processes and tools, and monitor and improve progress towards internal goals and service level agreements. Ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness in our office operations will also be your responsibility.
In addition, you’ll have an important and exciting part to play in the growth of our wider staff team, by helping with our HR, recruitment, training and team development processes.
To succeed you’ll need to be an effective team leader, deeply committed to serving others, and able to thrive in a fast-moving working environment. You’ll also need to be highly organised, process-minded, and passionate about driving improvement and taking projects to completion – and to be excited and motivated by our vision, mission and values.
Experience in project management, hospitality or HR could be an advantage but is not essential.
The ideal person will enhance the professionalism, warmth, efficiency and impact of our office operations, and continue to develop the expertise of the team.
There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.
