We’re seeking an energetic and organised team leader who will ensure that our events team delivers first-class events in service of Christian Concern’s vision and mission.

You’ll be responsible for developing our events programme in line with our strategic objectives, ensuring that it empowers Christians to bring the hope of Jesus to the heart of society, builds relationships with churches, and grows the Christian Concern movement.

Leading and developing our events team by providing clear direction and motivation, and mentoring team members, will also be an important part of your role.

In addition, you’ll need to oversee and develop excellent internal processes to serve the delivery of our events, and work with others in the organisation to increase the effectiveness of our engagement with local churches.

To succeed you’ll need to be an effective team leader, highly organised, reliable, creative, personable and able to thrive in a fast-moving working environment. You’ll also need to be passionate about our vision, mission and values.

The ideal person will enhance the impact, quality and number of our events, whilst also building and developing the expertise of our events team.

There is an occupational requirement that the successful candidate be a practising Christian, committed to living in accordance with our statement of faith.
